Job Description
SUMMARY STATEMENT: A&P certificated individual with Inspection experience within a Maintenance Repair Organization. Familiarity with the use of the tools, techniques, and technical data required to perform inspection of aircraft and component parts. Prefer individual with previous MRO experience encompassing aircraft primary inspection and return to service. Experience with STC installations and company conformity, first article inspection experience a plus.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES: 1.Ensure the preliminary, hidden damage, in-progress and final inspection of all articles processed by the repair station are conducted in accordance with the technical dat and are in compliance with the requirements of the repair station. 2.Document Inspection activities in accordance with the repair station and Federal requirements. 3.Ensure all activities of the repair station are conducted in accordance with regulations. 4.Daily attendance is essential to this position.

Job Requirements
EDUCATION & TRAINING: High school or equivalent.A&P license.
EXPERIENCE, SKILL, AND KNOWLEDGE: 1-3 years related inspection experience.Working knowledge and ability to read and interpret drawings, technical data, ADs, ACs, SBs, SLs, and other technical data as may be appropriate to the repair and modification of aircraft and components. Competent in the use of to use MS Office and Excel
WORKING CONDITIONS: Shift work may be required Exposed to typical factory conditions such as engine noise, riveting, dust and chemical fumes , none of which to the extent of being intolerable.Hearing, vision and breathing protection provided in appropriate areas. Working areas naturally ventilated and mechanically heated when required. Work may be performed while exposed to elements of weather
PHYSICAL & MENTAL CONDITIONS: Requires lifting of items weighing up to 25 pounds on an continuous basis. Requires lifting of items weighing up to 60 pounds on a frequent basis. Requires physical effort associated with standing/walking/sitting. Requires ability to twist, bend, squat, climb and/or other body movements to successfully accomplish the requirements of the position. Able to properly recognize and distinguish colors. Requires the ability to walk on uneven surfaces. Sufficient vision required to successfully accomplish the requirements of the position.
